- Affects the pranic energy level or the general vitality of the body;

It draws in air prana or “white” prana, and breaks it down into red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet pranas, which are then distributed to the other major chakras and to the entire body. The spleen chakra is closely related to the navel chakras. When the navel chakra is highly energized and activated, the spleen chakra also becomes substantially energized and partially activated, thereby drawing in more air prana. This condition increases the level of the entire body.

I loved the course because it gives additional tools and techniques for shielding/protection to the partcipants to use on a daily basis.
I like the fact that the outline was simplified and made redundant, as we practiced all the different methods of shieding and validated each.
